"Helen'sWatercolors"

When I was a child I liked to draw. I was as proud as they come when Mother put them up on the wall. Today Mother's all over are putting their children's pictures on the refrigerator. I don't remember Mom doing that. I knew I would probably never be a pro, but I am having fun. Each year at the office, a painting is donated to raise money for charity. Attached are a few I want to share. Hope you like them. NOTE: For the past 3 years I haven't been able to paint. I can no longer hold the paint brushes, and I really miss doing it.

Foggy Harbor

Living in the Northwest, we have enjoyed many outdoor activities. Bill and I have fished a lot, and many times in overcast and light fog. We think the fish like it better. On sunny days they can see the boat and run from it. Any excuse will do for the big one that got away.

Tidelands
Driving along Highway 101 is an experience. The scenery is great. We do enjoy the water around us and visit the beaches often. We watch the waves splash along the shore. Then, when the tide is out and the sea ebbs, the tidelands lie in wait. Ideas for photos and paintings are all around us.

Brrrr
This painting has a nice wintry look but really doesn't reflect the winters in our area. It is one of Bill's favorites.
Can you hear that?
